The 2023 NCBVA annual meeting will be in Kansas City, MO! The meeting will begin Thursday evening at the hotel with cocktails/networking. Friday will continue with meeting and information sessions and an offsite visit to WFSI (including lunch) for a plant tour. The evening will conclude with an optional Kansas City Royals baseball game in a group seating arrangement.

Annual Meeting Sponsorship
Increase your company's exposure. Sponsorship includes your logo in meeting communications and exhibitor table (optional) for $300.
Plant Tour Educational Workshops
Applications are being accepted to present a working, educational station at the annual meeting plant tour. When registered as a sponsor, there is no additional charge for this activity but it is on a wait-list basis.

NCBVA Event Policy
Complete refund of registration fee for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event. No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to event.
The hotels have their own cancellation policies. Please look at your hotel confirmation or speak with the hotel directly about that.
